The entrance hardwood door welcomes you to a high ceiling on the imposing foyer leading to the second floor, an very modern chandelier with its own character, the large living room offering warmth through its combined cushions and everything encircled by a pristine white. From there, you can also glimpse into the outside of the house, waiting for you with a long patio bestowed with comfortable furniture to enjoy the unique weather or invite the family on a special occasion to the alfresco dining.

On sunset have a drink on the big terrace on the second floor while playing pool with your friends. Or spend de day by the pool, inviting all guests to cool off after a long day at the beach while viewing the evergreen golf course.

For a bite or dinner, the fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to meet and greet and recap all conversations and end them on the fine dining room.

Once the sun hides you have four bedrooms to choose from. On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with two full beds, bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, and access to the pool area. Following the beautiful upstairs you have the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with dual walk-in shower, walk-in closet and access to the balcony, the third bedroom one queen bed, TV, ensuite bathroom and access to the balcony, the fourth bedroom has one King bed, ensuite bathroom and TV.
